At Laguna Marble we stand behind the quality of our products. If a purchase doesn’t work out for you, we will make the return/exchange process fast and simple.
- You may return uninstalled-unused-undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. A 10 % restocking fee may apply.
- Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
- Laguna Marble will pay for the outgoing and return shipping costs only if the item is damaged upon arrival or there is a product defect. Please note that variation in concrete, stone color and veining is not considered a product defect.
- Customer is responsible for outgoing and return shipping fees in case of Buyer's remorse.
- All of our products are handcrafted and there are not identical items.
- Returns have a 10 percent restocking fee. We will waive this fee if an item is damaged upon arrival or there is a product defect.
- To request a return, please send us an email to email@example.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Sending your Package
- Print the RMA number & return shipping label and attach it to the box or wooden crate with clear packing tape.
- Please re-pack your return securely in the original packaging making sure the item will not shake or move during shipping.
- Once the return item is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail and process your refund. Items must be in new condition.
- You may cancel an order within 4 hours after placing the order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. After that point, the order will be processed for delivery to you.
