Shipping Policy - Stone Vessel Sinks
- All Stone Vessel Sinks ship free to locations in the continental United States.
- For orders shipping to Canada, there is a flat shipping fee of $100 USD per sink.
- For orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, there is a flat shipping fee of $110 USD per sink.
- Most orders ship via FedEx and UPS ground service.
- A tracking number will be provided via e-mail when the product is shipped.
- All orders received for in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days.
- All orders received for items in production ship within 2-4 weeks.
- The carrier transit time is 3-5 business days.
- Laguna Marble inspects every item prior to shipping.
Shipping Policy - Bathroom Vanities & Sideboards
- All Bathroom Vanities and Sideboards are made to order, and the production lead time is 4-5 weeks plus carrier handling time (5-10 days).
- All Bathroom Vanities and Sideboards ship free to locations in the continental United States only.
- No shipping available to Canada or other locations outside the continental United States.
- All Bathroom Vanities and Sideboards ship via LTL freight service with curbside delivery.
- A tracking number will be provided via e-mail when the product is shipped.
- Each product is carefully packaged and shipped in a wooden crate.
- Damaged Items: Please inspect your products upon receipt (remove any packaging if necessary). If you notice any damage, please refuse delivery from the carrier and contact us immediately at support@lagunamarble.com
